The Morgenthau Residence in Silver Lake California is a two story Bungalow by Jeremy Levine Design, remodel completed in 2006. Decks, trellis elements, and sliding glass were added to the original house to soften the transition between the house and the intense sunlight of the South rear. Clerestory windows and transparent partitions with new materials are carefully composed in the interior spaces for distribution of light.
