The Cardinal Place by EPR Architects is across from Westminster Cathedral in London. The curvy modern steel and glass engages the cathedral in a social dialogue of spirituality and commerce.
The curved wedge opens to a double height concourse with public spaces that point toward mixed-use programs. At the top is a more peaceful roof garden. Arup contributed to the engineering.
