Australis Lash Length Extension Mascara Review

Mascara is the one product that I love to try out a lot! So when Australis came out with the Lash Length Extensions mascara I was very keen to try it out.

Australis is a great Australian brand that has pretty good quality products at affordable prices.

Australis says: A lengthening mascara that works to lengthen lashes with fibres that attach themselves to the lids of the lashes. It is so lightweight you'll feel like you are not wearing any mascara at all! Creates long, defined and separated lashes in an instant. Contains easy wash-off tubing formulation for no 'panda eyes'.

I naturally have long lashes, so I like a mascara that will accentuate my own. This mascara sounds great and works great too! I use it everyday and really like the results.

The packaging is cute with the black and pink colours, easy to use use and the wand is a skinny, long wand. It applies easily over the lashes and with a few coats does a great job at lengthening and adding definition to the lashes.

I use this as a everyday mascara because it really does make the lashes look just nice and not too dramatic.

As you can see in the pictures above, the effect that this mascara gives is really nice. It lengthens my lashes and gives them great definition and curl. There is no smudging or flaking. This mascara also is easy to remove, which is a bonus!

Overall, I would highly recommend the Australis Lash Length Extension Mascara, it does what it claims to do and gives a great effect to the lashes. It would suit everyone and great for everyday wear, with the ease of it coming off easily. It retails for $11.95aud which is great value!

Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition eyeshadow review

I bought the Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition eyeshadow pallette in the colour 'Snap attack' and really like the colours. There is a brown, nude, grey, cream and gold  - great to wear the colours on their own or together.

I like that the compact is a great size to carry around easily in your handbag. The packaging is sturdy and the pink writing stands out well.

These eyeshadows have really good colour payoff and look fantastic. The eyeshadow texture is a soft, pearly finish and feel nice and silky when you apply them.

Here is what Australis says: Silky pearlescent 5 pan eyeshadows that create endless combinations and effects. Eyeshadows are formulated with light reflecting photocromatic pigments and enriched with Jojoba and Grape seed oil for smooth and hydrated lids for that just applied glow.  A smooth silky formula that glides easily onto the eyelids with intense colour payoff. Shades are highly pigmented with a soft pearlescent finish.

This pallette is great for anyone looking for an affordable and great eyeshadow. There are four eyeshadow pallettes to choose from.

This retails for $15.95aud at Priceline or department stores.

Australis TLC Conditioning Mascara review

Mascara is one of my favourite makeup products. I wear it everyday, I love the way it makes my eyes stand out. I was sent the Australis TLC Conditioning mascara to try out and was very excited.

As you can see the packaging is gorgeous. Sleek, pink, glossy with black writing. A good size mascara, easy to carry around in your bag or if travelling.

There are two versions to this mascara the straight regular wand mascara and the curly wand mascara. I tried out the straight regular mascara and love the size of the brush, just right to get a good amount of product on the lashes.

The length of the wand is a good size and easy to manouver around and the brush is easy to get to all the lashes. There isn't much of a scent to this mascara which is great.

Australis say that this mascara is the Ultimate All-in-One formulation combining volume, length and definition. Containing nourishing vitamins, Vitamin E to protect lashes against damage caused by free radicals and environmental stresses and Vitamin B5 to moisturise hair against brittleness and breakage, strengthening and conditioning each lash one by one. Also enriched with silk powder, a protein containing 18 kinds of amino acids.

I love that it has vitamins in it to protect and nourish the lashes. Thats fantastic and what you want especially if you wear mascara everyday or often as your lashes need that nourishment to protect them from breaking or weakening.

I like the way this mascara applies, it does make my lashes look defined and a great look for the daytime. The colour I have is blackest black but the lashes don't look very black, instead a nice natural black. For the daytime this mascara works well, but for evening lashes I like something that is more black. There was no fallout and my lashes feel and look great all day. It is also easy to remove with a cleanser.

So if you are after a mascara that is great for the day, not too black, but a nice natural black defined lashes that will also get conditioned with vitamins, this mascara is great.

An affordable mascara the Australis TLC Conditioning mascara retails for $14.95 aud, and is available in department stores.

Australis Lip Butter review

I have been using the Australis Lip Butter for a while and wanted to share it with you. The packaging is the first thing that lured me to buying this. Its a gorgeous round packaging that pops open with a mirror and the product is on the bottom. Its gorgeous and easy to have in your bag or leave on your nightstand.

This buttery lip balm moisturises and nourishes dry lips. It has Vitamin E and Aloe Vera which is great as they help to leave the lips feeling smooth and soft. They are sheer, so not much colour at all but they have a slight tint and a shine finish on the lips.

As you can see in the picture on the left, to use this lip butter you need to use your finger to dab the product and then place it on your lips. I don't particularly like using my fingers - I'd rather use a wind up lip balm, so I usually use this when I come out of the shower as this is when my lips are dry or first thing in the morning before applying other lip products.

When wearing it alone, it lasts on the lips for about 1-2 hours and then I need to reapply. Overall the texture of this lip butter is gorgeous and feels great on the lips. The packaging is just so cute!!

They retail for $8.95aud  from Priceline or department stores. They come in five different shades.
