Helmut Jahn of Murphy/Jahn Architects designed the Bahntower am Potsdamer Platz, on the corner of
Sony Center, completed in 2000. At 26 floors and 103m tall it is the 59th tallest building in Germany. The sleekly curved building has 22,000m2 of office floor area. Concerns over ownership have involved
Russian oil giants. It was part of a major development involving
DaimlerChrysler.
