Skincare routine tips

Our skin is the most important feature to look after. A good routine is always a start to getting clearer, softer skin. It may vary depending on your skin type, through trial and error you will find what is best for your skin.


Cleanse and moisturise your skin twice a day (morning and night)

Exfoliate your skin once a week

Use a serum to get added nutrients into deeper layers of your skin

Drink water to help keep the skin fresh and hydrated

Take omega 3 vitamins to help improve the skin

Use products that are suitable to your skin type

If your skin gets irritated easily, use non perfumed products
